Oliver Cloke explores notions of perception, creativity and interaction.
He has been involved in a multitude of varied projects where collaboration, spaces, language, play and fun are keys to creative successes. In each project he engages artists to join him and explore and experiment in ways of communicating and making art. Ideas and materials are manipulated through discussion and collaborative construction; forming new wonderful art works, built environments, verbal and non verbal exchanges and publications. Physically, what is produced becomes irrelevant, except as means to highlight the process and exchange of ideas.
He wishes for this interactivity to provide a self-questioning, that will happen when viewers leave the space and venture into the outside world of art. Hoping to divert the preconditions for viewing artworks. We hope that the future of art shall be the production of creative, divisive, communicative artworks.
